Noah Shinn announced Instinct Concierge, a new addition to Instinct built to handle tasks that need direct, high touch interaction. In a post on X on September 16, Shinn described it as a “white glove service” for cases such as making phone calls and securing high end service bookings.

He gave one concrete example: reserving a table at a restaurant that does not accept online bookings, an errand that stands in for the broader kind of task Concierge is meant to cover. The post cut off mid sentence right after that example, and a 21 second video was attached.

No pricing, rollout timeline, or explanation of how the calls actually get placed appeared in what was available. The announcement drew roughly 585,000 views and 2,927 likes at the time it was collected, a sign of genuine interest in white glove AI concierge tools even before Instinct has said who, or what, is doing the talking.

That gap is the thing to watch: a concierge feature lives or dies on execution, and until Instinct spells out the mechanics, Concierge is an announced capability, not yet a demonstrated one.
