ElevenLabs has released Reception, an AI phone receptionist, according to the company’s own product page, which carries no publication date. Built on ElevenLabs’ ElevenAgents platform, it answers business calls around the clock, books appointments directly into a calendar mid call, and routes urgent requests using a business’s own rules and real-time staff availability. It speaks more than 70 languages and pairs with an online booking page synced to calls and texts, plus routing for staff hours and multiple locations.
ElevenLabs pitches Reception at home services, clinics, real estate, hospitality and similar trades, citing unnamed deployments on the same platform: one client resolving 88 percent of inbound patient calls while cutting call costs 66 percent, and a second deployment fielding first-contact calls for a US customer base of 35 million people. Those figures are the vendor’s own, unverified claims; no customers are named on the page.
Pricing runs from $29 a month for 75 minutes to $199 for 1,000 minutes across five numbers, a range ElevenLabs contrasts with the $3,167 monthly cost of a median US receptionist, a comparison it draws from 2025 wage data.
