Every major lab is converging on a console for creating and supervising agents, so the real question is what this one reveals about permissions and oversight rather than the fact that Google is building one at all. The spotted build ties agents to specific Cloud projects and billing, suggesting Google wants enterprise accountability baked into the design rather than a casual testing sandbox. The background runtime is currently fixed to Antigravity running on Gemini 3.6 Flash, with a model selector present but inactive, hinting at more choices later. Anthropic shipped a comparable console for its own managed agents back in April. Google has given no timeline for when, or whether, this interface ships publicly.
