• Then we weighted by votes rather than by volume. The two highest-scoring substantive comments in that thread are both complaints about Granola’s speaker attribution: “I like Granola but it doesn’t distinguish between different people for me” at +10, and “the Granola transcripts are useless” for telling Alice from Bob on a conference line at +7.
